Cable Making:
We have the advantage of being able to make bespoke cables on-site for all Resistance machines; this drastically reduces machine down-time and normally guarantees that the machine will be fixed on the first visit.  We can also replace all cables on your Resistance machines (at a discounted rate) during a Service if requested.

We carry two types of Cable/Swaging Press and a large selection of cable-end fittings which enables us to make up any type of cable.

There are two different sizes of cables used on Resistance Machines and we can make both of them using the Presses above.
 
3.2mm Diameter 7 x 19 Galvanised Wire Rope
Minimum breaking load 0.670 tonnes, covered with plasticised clear nylon to 5mm overall diameter.  As used on the majority of resistance machines.

5mm Diameter 7 x 19 Galvanised Wire Rope
Minimum breaking load 1.150 tonnes, covered with plasticised clear nylon to 6.35mm overall diameter.  As used on most Technogym and Life Fitness resistance machines.
